Hi, I'm Randy Decker, Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of CMN Welding and Hydraulics LLC. I help lead day-to-day operations with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Our Veteran owned company is rooted in discipline, hard work, and no corners cut. I served six years in the MN Army National Guard with one combat deployment to Iraq in 2011–2012.
I have a vast background in welding and machining — I attended Alexandria Technical College and have worked at multiple manufacturing companies where I assisted in day-to-day deployment of various quality assurance techniques and betterment of operations.
Outside of CMN Welding, my hobbies include hunting, fishing, camping, and spending quality time with my wife and children.
