Meet the Team

Hi, I'm Matthew Doubek, Co-Owner and Chief Financial Officer of CMN Welding and Hydraulics LLC. I help lead the financial, marketing, and sales decisions. We focus on quality, efficiency, the customers best interests, and desire.

I also participate in day-to-day operations with Randy. To me our Veteran owned company means we are well disciplined and rooted in professionalism and ethics, "no corners cut, no stones left unturned and more importantly, nothing left behind".

I have served 6 years in the MN Army National Guard and am currently active in the U.S Army Reserves, with a total of 15 years of active service. I have a vast background in welding along with 3D and drafting design. I specialize within our drafting and CNC Plasma department.

I have worked in various machine and welding shops, leading in quality assurance and attention to detail of small parts to larger scale projects. I graduated from Melrose Public Schools.

My hobbies include, Upland, Waterfowl, and Deer hunting. I love to fish, ice or open water. I particularly enjoy camping, trail riding, and outdoor activities. A good mud run never hurt anyone. My wife and children are the root of my life and always will be.

Hi, I'm Randy Decker, Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of CMN Welding and Hydraulics LLC. I help lead day-to-day operations with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Our Veteran owned company is rooted in discipline, hard work, and no corners cut. I served six years in the MN Army National Guard with one combat deployment to Iraq in 2011–2012.

I have a vast background in welding and machining. I attended Alexandria Technical College and have worked at multiple manufacturing companies where I assisted in day-to-day deployment of various quality assurance techniques and betterment of operations.

Outside of CMN Welding, my hobbies include hunting, fishing, camping, and spending quality time with my wife and children.
